Customized standard tanks and individual solutions
We offer plastic containers according to your own ideas, which can be optimally tailored to your needs. Are you looking for a tank from our range but in a different colour? Do you want extra connections, thicker walls or maybe your own logo on the tank? For business customers with the need for higher volumes, all this is possible. The production of a single tank with desired measurements is unfortunately not possible. Because of the complex production process this is not profitable and will not be offered from us. Get in touch with us and we will inform you about the many possibilities on our standard assortment that can be also customized.
Production process
All our plastic tanks are produced by a special production process known as rotational moulding. This process guarantees the high quality and long lifetime of our plastic tanks. Other providers usually use a simpler method whereby various plastic sheets are welded together to form a tank.
The rotational moulding takes place with a mould made of stainless steel or aluminium. The rotating mould is filled with plastic powder and rotated in the melting oven chamber at around 300°C. The plastic melts and adheres to the walls of the mould. Once the Product/Tank has stabilised in the cooling down process, it is almost complete at a temperature of around 85°C. At this stage it can be carefully removed from the mould for final cooling. Through the rotational moulding process we get high-quality, seamless plastic containers in different sizes and shapes. The material used is food safe and physiologically harmless.
Individual contract moulding
The production of plastic containers with individual dimensions is only profitable business customers, who need larger quantities or intend a later series production. By investing in an individual mould once, you benefit from lower unit prices. Due to the complex production process an individual mould for a single product/tank will not be profitable for private customers.
Configuration options of our standard tanks
Private customers in need for an individual tank, we recommend a visit to our online shop. Here we offer a large selection of plastic tanks in different shapes and sizes. These can also be configured according to your personal ideas with further connections. Additional fittings and connections are available in ¾ to 2 inch in the categorie Accessories Plastic. For self-installation on any flat spot on the tanks we reconmend our new Push-In BSP Fittings.
Individual connections with Spin Weld Outlets
If the position you require for a connection is not reachable trough the inspection hole, we offer so-called “Spin Weld Outlets”. With these welding sleeves made of LLDPE you will get a female thread for alternative or additional connections. These can be realized according to your own individual ideas and allows flexible usage of the tank. This is possible in sizes ½ inch to 2 inches.
