Returning Policy

Underneath you will find the returning policy for commercial and indipendent buyers,

In which cases does the buyer have the right to return ordered products: 
             - Within 14 days from delivery date, with no necessity to state reasons*
             - When delivered products do not comply with the products ordered
             - When ordered products are delivered damaged
 
* When you choose to return the products without the neccessity to state reason, you must make sure that the products are returned undameged to us. The shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer in this case. 

In which cases does the buyer have got NO right to return ordered products:: 
             - When he used the products (also in the time span of 14 days)
             - When he has chosen to buy a tank in a certain RAL-colour (other than Natural)
             - When the tank is ordered with welded in fusion sockets
