  • How can I track the status of my order / delivery / shipment?

    As a registered customer, you can view the current status of your order in your customer account and view the shipment history for parcels by tracking provided from our shipping partners DPD or DHL. If you have placed a guest order (without a customer account), you will receive a tracking code by e-mail from DPD or DHL. Tracking is not possible for not parcelled shipments (pallet shipment or large volume tanks). However, the shipment will be notified to you beforehand by telephone.

    Our shipping costs are based on weight, dimensions and loading meters of the shipment and the country the delivery is send to. Our shipping costs include packaging and delivery costs. Depending on weight and size a shipment will be send as a package, a pallet or as a carrier shipment

  • The goods are shipped by carrier, how do I get tracking information?
